When starting Avasam, registration and account creation should be followed by certain configuration steps to ensure you don't have problems with order fulfilment after you create listings. Avasam have created a wizard to help you to prepare.
This wizard will, on first logging in, provide you with some information about Avasam, before it walks you through configuring the following vital areas:
- Account details
- Payment configuration
- Sourcing product(s)
- Integrating a sales channel
This will ensure you have the basic framework in place to list products and dispatch orders when you make a sale.
You should also learn where to find the ticket system and how to use it, as this is the way you will communicate with your suppliers, and with the support team for technical questions.
Integrating a sales channel
An important part of selling on Avasam is integrating your marketplace account or website - to be able to list products, download and update orders, and update stock levels.
There are a number of risks for the new dropshipper. One of these is growth, as many marketplaces will be worried about fraud or other customer satisfaction concerns. As such, we recommend growing your store carefully, and ensure that your business will last.
