Changes to All paid subscriptions
All subscription tiers will now have access to the following tools to maximise their potential using the platform: Avasam AI, eBay Listing Tool, and TikTok Shop Integration. Please note that tiers will include a set number of AI credits, and optional extra credits are available at a cost per month.
Starter Package
Please note that the starter tier has a maximum of 25 products that can be sourced from the catalogue, this tier is recommended for new start-up businesses only. We recommend that professional sellers commence at the Advanced or Business level initially.

To whom will this price be impacted?
The new pricing applies to new sellers joining Avasam from 1st August 2024
What happens to existing sellers?
Existing customers will remain on the old price tariff for monthly or annual plans (list price, discounted or special discounted) unless they choose to cancel, upgrade or downgrade
What is Account Management?
Information: Only Business and Guru sellers are eligible for this service.
NEW SELLER
- We will check if you are receiving, reading and understanding the initial 30-day customer journey emails & Check if you are aware of the Avasam Academy videos and Knowledgebase help pages.
- We will contact you to find out more about your business goals, including what channels you are planning to use and the type of products you are interested in.
- We will walk you through the platform and its main functionalities
- You will get access to and information regarding new suppliers on the platform.
- You will get access to suggested product picks, trends and seasonally correct products
- Following up on their progress (bi-weekly or monthly)
EXISTING ACCOUNTS
- Regular trend and performance-related data about the catalogue products.
- Regular analysis of your Avasam account, including GMV and margin. Top sellers and returns & cancellations information.
- Weekly emails confirming the latest products and product promotions.
- Optional fortnightly or monthly calls with a member of the leadership team, to table concerns, and requests and obtain new product suggestions based on the seller's history and channel information. We will also discuss hints and tips on how to optimise the use of the Avasam platform.
