Raising a support ticket for an order
If you're looking for help with a particular order, you can raise a ticket to bring it to the attention of the supplier
If you have any concerns or queries about an order, you can raise a ticket with the Avasam support team or the supplier, depending on the question. You can do this by clicking on the three dots icon to bring up the drop-down menu and then clicking on the raise ticket option.
This will open a new window where you will be able to type in relevant information and raise a ticket.
Once you have added the ticket, a small blue icon will be visible alongside the order. Once your issue has been resolved and the ticket has been marked as complete by the Avasam team, this icon will turn green.
