Cancelling an order
Follow these steps to cancel an order placed through Avasam after it has been placed
If an order has been paid but has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel the order. You can do this by clicking on the three dots icon to access the drop-down menu. From this menu, choose 'cancel order'.
Once you click on the cancel order button, a pop-up message will be displayed asking for confirmation of the cancellation.
Once the order has been cancelled, a red 'x' icon will be displayed. In addition, a pound sign with an arrow will be shown to indicate that the amount for this order has been refunded to your account.
You can check if you have received the refund by going into your payment settings and checking your account balance.
Another way to cancel the order is to go into the order and cancel it. You can do this by following the steps below:
- Click on the order ID to open the order details.
- Click on the cancel button.
- A pop-up message will be displayed asking the user to confirm the cancellation. Click on 'cancel order'.
