Predefined message

These fields contain the messages which will be sent to the sellers when you take the matching actions against their orders. Predefined message

  1. Subject:
    a. The ‘Subject’ is the action you take which will cause the message to be sent.
  2. Message: The message is the text that the seller will see.
  • If you do not specify a message for an event, one will not be sent.

Add message

If the message you want to review is not in the list, then you can add it.

To do this:

  1. Click ‘Add message’.
  2. In the popup window, select the Subject from the dropdown list. Only subjects not already configured will be available.
  3. Enter the message to be sent.
  4. Click ‘Add message’ to save. Add message
  • You can return to the main page at any time by clicking on the ‘Cancel’ button.

Delete message

To remove messages from the list.

  1. Locate the entry.
  2. Click on the ‘X’ button to the right of the message.
  3. Confirm the deletion by clicking ‘OK’. Delete message
  4. You will see the list update.
  • You can cancel the deletion by clicking on the ‘Cancel’ button.

Edit message

Toedit existing messages: Edit message

  1. Locate the entry.
  2. Click on the ‘Message’ box.
  3. You can edit or delete the text.
  4. Click ‘Save’ to apply the changes.
  • You can undo the changes you make at any time by clicking on the ‘Cancel’ button.

Changes and updates

If you make any changes to the settings in this screen, Avasam will display the term ‘Unsaved changes’ at the bottom left hand corner of the screen.

  • You can return to the main page at any time without updating the system by clicking on the ‘Settings’ link on the top left, or the ‘Cancel’ button.
  • To save the changes you have made and apply them, click on ‘Save’.
