Dashboard

The analytics dashboard summarises information about Orders, Invoices, Returns, and your Sellers. If you open this page before you have configured Avasam, then you will see the following:

The different categories are summarized at the top of the page, and contain the following information:

  1. Orders:
    a. Received: The number of orders received during the selected period.
    b. Pending: The paid orders awaiting dispatch that were received in the selected period.
    c. Dispatch: The number of orders marked as dispatched in the selected period.
  2. Invoices:
    a. Generated: The number of invoices generated in the selected period.
    b. Paid: The number of invoices generated in the selected period marked as paid.
    c. Unpaid: The number of invoices generated in this period that remain unpaid.
  3. Returns:
    a. Awaiting: The number of returns requests made during this period.
    b. Approved: The number of returns requests made during this period that were approved.
    c. Rejected: The number of returns requests made during this period that were rejected.
  4. Sellers:
    a. Awaiting: The total number of sellers awaiting approval at the end of the selected period.
    b. Approved: The total number of sellers marked as approved during the selected period.
    c. Rejected: The total number of sellers rejected during the selected period.
  5. Top 5 best selling products:
    a. This section will show the 5 best-selling products from your inventory during the selected period, and their proportion of the sales by product.
  6. Sales value:
    a. This chart shows the total value of sales by day throughout the selected period.
  7. Orders received:
    a. This chart shows the total number of orders received each day throughout the selected period.
  8. Top 5 sellers:
    a. This chart shows the 5 best performing sellers, and the proportion of the sales for each of them during the selected period.

Dashboard filter

The information in the dashboard can be easily filtered by selecting the ‘Filter’ button:

  1. Date: Select a period, including a custom period, to filter the results shown based on the selected period, then click ‘Apply’. ‘Cancel’ will undo any changes you have made, and will not update the reports.
