Seller

Transactions

The transactions report covers information about the orders placed through sellers.

If there are no results to show in the report, or the filter has hidden all of the data, then you will see the following screen: Seller Transactions report Once there is data to display, however, you will see the following: Seller Transactions report data filled

Transactions filter

The information in the report can be easily filtered by entering the customer’s details in the search/filter box, and/or by clicking on ‘Filter’:

  1. Search:
    a. You can enter the seller’s Business/ Contact name/Email/Postcode in the search box to filter the results.
  2. Date:
    a. Select a period to filter the results shown, and apply it by clicking ‘Apply’. Transactions filter

Export seller transactions

You can export and download the report that you have filtered using the ‘Export’ option. Select from three file formats:

  1. CSV file.
  2. Acrobat PDF file.
  3. Excel XLS file.
  • You can return to the main page at any time by clicking on the ‘Custom Reports’ link on the top left.

Credit notes

This report allows you to review the credit notes you have raised for sellers. When you first start using Avasam, or if you have filtered out all the available records, you will see the ‘No data’ screen: Credit notes empty Once there is information available to review, or the filter is removed, you will see this, instead: Credit notes filled

The information about the returns can be easily filtered by entering the customer’s details in the search/filter box, and/or by clicking on ‘Filter’:

  1. Date:
    a. Select to show sellers that have applied during the selected period, then clicking ‘Apply’.
  2. Search:
    a. Enter a seller’s Business name/ Contact name/Email/Postcode and filter the data to include only those credit notes that match these details. Credit note filter

Export credit notes

You can export and download the report that you have filtered using the ‘Export’ option. Select from three file formats:

  1. CSV file.
  2. Acrobat PDF file.
  3. Excel XLS file.
  • You can return to the main page at any time by clicking on the ‘Custom Reports’ link on the top left.

Seller list

This section allows you to review the details of your sellers. When you first open this report, you may have no records in your Avasam account, or you may have filtered out the available data, meaning you see the ‘No Data’ screen. The information about the returns can be easily filtered by entering the customer’s details in the search/filter box, and/or by clicking on ‘Filter’:

  1. Date:
    a. Select to show sellers that have applied during the selected period, then clicking ‘Apply’.
  2. Search:
    a. Specify the sellers Business name /Contact name/ Email/ Postcode and filter out data that doesn’t match.
  3. Price:
    a. Specify a value and an operator (Less than, greater than, equals) to filter the sellers shown based the total value of their orders. Seller list filter

You can export and download the report that you have filtered using the ‘Export’ option. Select from three file formats:

  1. CSV file.
  2. Acrobat PDF file.
  3. Excel XLS file.
  • You can return to the main page at any time by clicking on the ‘Custom Reports’ link on the top left.

Inactive sellers report

This report allows you to review the details of sellers that you have disabled, after they were previously approved. When you first login to Avasam, there may not be any data to show. Alternatively, a filter may obscure the data available, resulting in the ‘No Data’ screen: Inactive sellers report empty Once there are Sellers in the system that are marked inactive, or the filter is cleared, the normal report will be shown: Inactive sellers report filled

Cancelled orders report

This report allows you to review the details of orders that were imported into Avasam, before being cancelled. When you first login to Avasam, there may not be any data to show. Alternatively, a filter may obscure the data available, resulting in the ‘No Data’ screen: Cancelled orders report When the filter is cleared, or some orders are cancelled, then the view will change.

    a. Select to show orders cancelled during the selected period, then clicking ‘Apply’.
  2. Search:
