Product sales report

This report details the sales stored in Avasam for all of your sellers. When you first login to Avasam, or if you have a filter in place which excludes all current records, then you will only see the ‘No data’ screen: Product sales report empty Once the filter is cleared, or you have imported orders from sellers, it will instead look like this: Product sales report filled

Product sales filter

Information can be easily filtered by entering the customer’s details in the search/filter box, and/or by clicking on ‘Filter’:

  1. Date:
    a. Select to show orders cancelled during the selected period, then clicking ‘Apply’.
  2. Search:
    a. Specify the seller’s Business name /Contact name/ Email/ Postcode and filter out data that doesn’t match.
  3. SKU:
    a. Filter the data to only show SKUs matching this value. Product sales filter

Export sold products

You can export and download the report that you have filtered using the ‘Export’ option. Select from three file formats:

  1. CSV file.
  2. Acrobat PDF file.
  3. Excel XLS file.
  • You can return to the main page at any time by clicking on the ‘Custom Reports’ link on the top left.

Receivable report

This report details the invoice receivables from all of your sellers. When you first login to Avasam, or if you have a filter in place which excludes all current records, then you will only see the ‘No data’ screen: Receivable report Once business picks up, then you’ll see some more information:

Information can be easily filtered by entering the customer’s details in the search/filter box, and/or by clicking on ‘Filter’:

  1. Date:
    a. Select to show orders cancelled during the selected period, then clicking ‘Apply’.
  2. Search:
    a. Specify the seller’s Business name /Contact name/ Email/ Postcode and filter out data that doesn’t match. Receivables filter

You can export and download the report that you have filtered using the ‘Export’ option. Select from three file formats:

  1. CSV file.
  2. Acrobat PDF file.
  3. Excel XLS file.

Overdue sellers report

This report lets you review the sellers that have outstanding invoices, to allow you to chase up debtors and make sure you’re aware of which sellers should and shouldn’t still be active.

When you first look at this page, if you haven’t had many sellers yet, or if you have a filter that is too strict, you will see the ‘no data’ screen: Overdue sellers report empty But as things pick up, or you clear the filter, you will see this: Overdue sellers report filled

  1. Date:

Statement report

This report shows the current debt and payment status of your sellers. When you first login to Avasam there will be no data, or if you set a very restrictive filter that hides all the available records, you may see the ‘No data’ page. Pending invoice report

This report summarises the invoices that are unpaid, but not past their due date, allowing you to review them and chase up sellers before they default.

When you first open the report you won’t have any sellers, or open invoices. Alternatively, if you have a filter setup that excludes all available Invoices, then you will see the ‘No data’ screen: Pending invoice report empty

Once there is data available, and the filters are cleared, then you will see the report: Pending invoice report filled

Export pending invoices

You can export and download the report that you have filtered using the ‘Export’ option. Select from three file formats:

  1. CSV file.
  2. Acrobat PDF file.
  3. Excel XLS file.

Deposit payment history

Where sellers have paid against their account, the system records this, and this report will give you access to the records of those payments.

When you first login to Avasam, no payments will have been made. If you have setup a strict filter, then the deposits may not be visible. In both cases, you will see the ‘No data’ screen: Deposit payment history

Once deposits have been made, or the filter cleared, then you will see a screen similar to this:
